Ashwani spearheads the company’s strategy and finance. Soft spoken by nature, he is known for his exemplary people skills, love for dogs, and down-to-earth personality.
Ash, in more ways than one, is the “cornerstone” of the company- the pillar of strength for employees and customers and the one single strong force that holds everyone together. While those close to him would say that he is hyper-organized and financially responsible- he is more known for his servant leadership. His style of management resonates with employees and clients alike and they credit him for his cheerful personality. Ash graduated from the prestigious REC Kurukshetra, India, in 1993. After migrating to the US in 1998 and working with various Fortune companies, he embarked on his entrepreneurial journey. Ash has always had a fascination with numbers and although notoriously known as the guy who speaks in numbers- he is equally known for his interpersonal skills, creativity and style. He’s one of those rare species whose EQ and IQ are equally sharp….a winning combination for Cynet.
Nick is a founder and Co-CEO of Cynet Systems. He is responsible for the company’s strategy execution, operations and revenue generation.
Nick has a long career in the high tech, engineering and staffing industry. Prior to Cynet, Nick was owner/co-owner of several tech companies and startups (Prodilink Solutions, i4 Technologies and Shopping Trend). Under his leadership, the companies successfully executed growth strategies, built key strategic relationships with partners, expanded into new vertical markets and underwent M&A process. Prior to embarking on his entrepreneurial journey, Nick worked as an independent technology consultant for several Fortune500 firms like Apple, Fannie Mae, UPS and BellSouth.
Nick exemplifies Cynet’s commitment to helping its clients achieve their technology and hiring goals. He is a proven leader, with expertise in developing strong relationships, a passion for constant innovation and a disciplined focus on operations and execution. Besides working as Co-CEO, he also wears the company’s Chief Innovation Officer hat.
Nick received his bachelor’s degree in engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology (MAHE) and graduated Summa Cum Laude. He remains an active alumnus there. He lives in Northern Virginia with his wife and two kids.
